The purpose of the Washtenaw County Historical Consortium is to meet and share information and ideas about the organization and operation of historically significant locations in Michigan’s Washtenaw County, to raise public awareness about the value of local history, and to undertake joint projects to further the goals of participating agencies.
Membership is open to representatives of historical organizations,
institutions, and agencies throughout Washtenaw County including historic homes, farms, depots, mills, churches, schoolhouses, observatories, museums, and libraries with historical collections.
Four regular meetings shall be held each year in February, May, August, and November at 1:00 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month unless changed by the Meeting Host in consultation with the President.
